Minnie’s is important to the community because:

Minnie’s Food Pantry is so important to the community because they turn no one away. Homeless, struggling and even some working people need a place to go and get that extra helping hand and Minnie’s is always happy to serve! What I love most about Minnie’s Food Pantry is the way the guests are treated when they come. They don't have to be embarrassed because it's not that intense feeling if people looking down on you. I am looking forward to another exciting year serving at Minnie’s Food Pantry!

Favorite Minnie’s Story

I met a young lady during one of the Thanksgiving giveaways. She had just moved into her own place and someone had helped her and the children get a few furniture pieces but she didn't have much. She was settled in but it was during the holidays and she had no idea how she was going to come up with a Thanksgiving dinner for her and the children. She heard about Minnie's Food Pantry. She came in and signed up to get the meal for the holiday and she was in tears when I walked her to the car that day because she was so grateful. That really touched my heart
